Connor Burt
Vice President
Connor Burt has over seven years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on multi-family and mixed-use projects across high-growth markets including Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Atlanta, and Jacksonville. Prior to joining Avail, he was with Presidium, a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm, where he managed and supported the development of over 2,300 residential units and led three multi-family projects totaling 1,015 units.
Product types included garden/gurban communities, mid-rise wraps, podiums, and build-to-rent (BTR) developments. Connor was involved in all phases of the development process—from acquisition and entitlements through design, financing, construction, lease-up, and disposition.
In addition to residential, he underwrote and supported mixed-use projects that integrated office, retail, and hospitality components—often within larger master-planned environments. Connor also brings experience in capital markets, having structured and analyzed a range of equity and debt strategies in collaboration with institutional investment partners.
